Job summary

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver complex engineering initiatives for commercial and defense clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and translate mission requirements into scalable delivery roadmaps.

The role requires strong program management, cybersecurity awareness, and the ability to collaborate with customers, government stakeholders, and internal teams. US citizenship and Security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 3 years PM experience for Senior Associate; 8+ years for Principal level.
• 3 years leading technical engineering teams; 5+ years for Principal level.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, systems engineering, modern tech paradigms.
• Experience leading teams: delegating, reviewing deliverables, coaching.
• Experience managing program budgets, resources, and risks.
• Experience developing PM plans, driving decisions, and presenting briefs.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence and Agile.
• Excellent communication and leadership across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive program and project execution across software, hardware, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Translate mission requirements into actionable engineering tasks and roadmaps.
• Maintain program artifacts, risk registers, and budget tracking tools.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure solutions align with security best practices and compliance guidelines.
• Stay updated on technologies and defense frameworks for the Public Sector.
