Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of autonomous systems initiatives. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of leadership across multi-disciplinary engineering teams and a strong background in managing complex technical projects.

A hybrid work arrangement is available in Herndon, VA or Colorado Springs, CO, with a focus on high-level program management and technical leadership within a DoD context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or 3+ years of applicable experience.
• 12+ years supporting the DoD and 6+ years in program management.
• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide engineering teams across a diverse portfolio of tools and functions.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and processes within the program.
• Manage technical functions and work across the portfolio.
• Architect and engineer secure solutions to protect data and systems.
• Lead integration of new technologies into existing platforms for resilience.
• Interface with technical teams to maintain awareness of cyber operations and testing frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with emerging policies and requirements.
• Present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
