Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Program Manager in the United States to provide strategic leadership and end-to-end execution oversight for a large federal cybersecurity program, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, engineering, compliance, DevSecOps, AI, and modernization.

The role interfaces with government stakeholders, manages governance, risk, schedules, staffing, dependencies, and contract

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience, including cybersecurity and cloud security in large programs.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear technical direction for delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of security policies, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and contract management leadership across cybersecurity, cloud security, and modernization.
• Serve as interface with government stakeholders and contract personnel.
• Translate government priorities into actionable work plans, schedules, and direction.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across security architecture, engineering, risk, and DevSecOps.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, dependencies, and contract performance.
• Produce weekly and monthly program reports and leadership briefings.
