Job summary

Agile Defense seeks experienced Program/Project Managers to lead delivery for CBP-related missions in a demanding federal environment. You will coordinate across network, cloud, cybersecurity, and field deployment teams, manage customer commitments, and drive accreditation and change control adherence.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, clear communication of schedule changes, and the ability to navigate complex federal processes while delivering value to mission partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical work in a federal program with change control and accreditation requirements.
• Ability to communicate bad news early and discuss outcomes with customers.
• Experience delivering across teams you do not directly manage or have authority over.
• Proven ability to take over troubled projects and steer them to a plan and date.
• Active CBP BI, fitness determination elsewhere, or DoD clearance preferred.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, or security work to challenge estimates.
• PMP or agile delivery certifications are useful but not a substitute for delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Navigate scheduling constraints in a 24/7 environment to keep delivery on track.
