Job summary

BLN24 in the Washington DC Metro Area is seeking a Project Manager to lead federal customer experience, research, and program management initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders, coordinating across technical, research, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

The role emphasizes managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables while fostering team collaboration and continuous improvement to advance BLN24's federal portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; eight years of experience conducting population-based surveys.
• Eight years of experience developing sampling designs.
• Eight years of experience administering and analyzing survey research.
• Eight years of experience conducting cognitive testing, focus groups, and/or interviews.
• Eight years of experience delivering executive-level reports and presentations.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing complex federal programs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication with Government stakeholders.
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in leading all contract execution activities.
• Coordinate project schedules, staffing, budgets, and deliverables with Government stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and risks; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams including analysts and researchers.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to grow BLN24's federal CX and research portfolio.
