Job summary

Cribl seeks a seasoned Customer Success Engineer to drive outcomes for federal and public sector customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating across teams to ensure value realization and ongoing adoption of Cribl solutions, including observability pipelines and data lifecycles.

You will translate technical value into executive-level business discussions and guide teams toward measurable KPIs. The role requires deep product and data pipeline knowledge, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in post-sales/customer success or advocacy.
• Experience with Federal or Public Sector programs.
• GovCloud or FEDRAMP experience preferred.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of data observability and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to drive outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate across functions to enable value realization.
• Engage federal/public sector customers with data-driven metrics.
• Demonstrate Cribl value in business discussions with executives.
• Mentor teammates within the Customer Experience organization.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering as voice of the customer.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours due to time zones.
