Cribl, the AI-era telemetry platform, seeks a Customer Success Engineer in the Washington, DC area. You will guide customers through onboarding to expansion, becoming a product expert as they build observability pipelines and transform data in their organization.

You will engage with stakeholders to drive value, KPIs, and strategic outcomes, across Cribl’s customer base. This role demands 5+ years in customer success, Federal/Public Sector experience, and the ability to secure US clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in customer advocacy and post-sales engagement.
• Experience with Federal or Public Sector and GovCloud/FEDRAMP.
• Strong communication and relationship management to set expectations with empathy.
• Ability to obtain US Security Clearance.
• Local to the greater Washington D.C. area.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted/strategic advisor for customers, driving the entire Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion.
• Become the trusted Cribl product expert as customers build out observability pipelines to transform data.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management to drive success plans and KPIs.
• Communicate effectively to our tech touch customers utilizing our platform to automate responses with data-driven metrics.
• Drive continued value by expanding use cases and data sources across teams.
