Job summary

INTEGRITYOne Partners seeks a Program Manager to lead the CS-OPS program for federal engagements in the Washington, DC area. You will direct contract activities, oversee staffing and schedules, manage risk and quality, and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders.

This role requires executive-level communication, experience with integrated master schedules, and a track record of delivering Firm-Fixed-Price programs with recurring deliverables in a fast-paced, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Federal program/project management.
• Management of multidisciplinary professional and technical teams.
• At least 3 years of Federal Financial Management experience.
• Program planning, scheduling, risk management and quality management.
• Management of deliverables, staffing, subcontractors and contract performance.
• Executive-level customer communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience developing/managing integrated master schedules and project plans.
• Ability to manage a Firm-Fixed-Price environment with significant recurring deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership across all contract activities.
• Manage staffing, transition, subcontractor integration, schedule, risk, quality, performance and deliverables.
• Serve as primary management interface with the COR, GPM, GTMs and other Government stakeholders.
• Oversee the MIPPS, project plans, weekly/monthly reporting, program reviews and corrective actions.
