Job summary

INTEGRITYOne Partners seeks a Program Manager to lead the CS-OPS program for federal engagements in the Washington, DC area. You will direct contract activities, oversee staffing and schedules, manage risk and quality, and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders.

This role requires executive-level communication, experience with integrated master schedules, and a track record of delivering Firm-Fixed-Price programs with recurring deliverables in a fast-paced, mission-driven

• At least 3 years of Federal Financial Management experience.
• Program planning, scheduling, risk management and quality management.
• Management of deliverables, staffing, subcontractors and contract performance.
• Executive-level customer communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience developing/managing integrated master schedules and project plans.
• Ability to manage a Firm-Fixed-Price environment with significant recurring deliverables.

Program Manager

IOP is seeking a Program Manager to support one of our federal programs. Serve as IOP’s senior leader responsible for successful execution of the CS-OPS program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership across all contract activities.

Location & Work Requirements

• Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• This position is contingent upon contract award.
  Salary range: 155,000 - 165,000
