Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day credentialing operations at assigned federal facilities.
• Assist with enrollment, issuance, activation, and maintenance of identification credentials.
• Manage daily appointments using the credentialing scheduling system.
• Issue and activate SmartID and access credentials.
• Perform credential lifecycle activities including rekey, PIN reset, and updates.
• Maintain credential inventory and accountability using management tools.
• Secure credentials in accordance with security requirements.
