Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking Credentialing Specialists to support a large federal identity credentialing program. The Credentialing Specialist will assist with enrollment, issuance, activation, and maintenance of identification credentials, and manage scheduling and records.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in administrative support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 4 years related work experience may substitute.
• Experience providing administrative or operational support in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day credentialing operations at assigned federal facilities.
• Assist with enrollment, issuance, activation, and maintenance of identification credentials.
• Manage daily appointments using the credentialing scheduling system.
• Issue and activate SmartID and access credentials.
• Perform credential lifecycle activities including rekey, PIN reset, and updates.
