Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates using MII, PACES, RSMeans and Success Estimator per FAR standards.
  • Analyze cost proposals, bids and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Interpret drawings and specs to develop estimates through design stages.
  • Develop cost models and pricing databases from historical data.
  • Collaborate with PMs, COS, engineers, and contracting officers for alignment.
  • Support value engineering and risk assessment activities.
  • Prepare narratives and documentation for government review and IGEs.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS and agency procedures.
