Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Federal Contracts Specialist to support the US Federal Program. The role involves coordinating, administering, and tracking complex contracts across multiple client programs, ensuring high-quality contract deliverables and compliance with FAR.

The position supports the Federal Contracts Team and may be based anywhere in the United States with an office location. Candidates should have 2+ years of related contract administration experience and familiarity with government

Qualifications

• Experience in administering multidisciplinary US Federal agency contracts.
• FAR and Federal Travel Regulations knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret Federal contracts and FAR clauses for compliance.
• Monitor contract progress and maintain administration files and logs.
• Collaborate with project teams and risk management to translate requirements into contract documents.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis and support to the Federal Contracts Team.
