Job summary

Chimes in Baltimore seeks a pricing analyst to develop and maintain federal and nonprofit contract pricing strategies. You will analyze cost data and prepare clear pricing reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record in negotiations. You’ll collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment, upholding confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience developing pricing in a nonprofit, federal consulting, or similar industry.
• Solid understanding of federal contract pricing structures (FFP, Cost-Plus, IDIQ, etc.) and regulations (FAR, DFARS).
• Strong working knowledge of the SCA, DBA, and labor union CBAs.
• Advanced Excel skills and expertise in cost estimating techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies for federal and commercial contracts.
• Analyze cost data and prepare clear, actionable pricing analysis reports for stakeholders.
• Stay current on WDR, CBA, and FAR requirements to ensure compliance.
