Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Principal/Senior Principal Pricing Analyst to develop and support government and commercial cost proposals. The role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, requiring a Secret clearance and strong FAR/DFAR knowledge.

You will review RFPs, prepare cost estimates, and ensure compliance across the proposal lifecycle, interfacing with management and government auditors. A relevant BA/BS and extensive pricing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related; 5 years in government contracts, or 3 years with a Master's.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS, TINA and related regulations.
• Experience with Basis of Estimate (BOE) and BOE quality analysis.
• Experience bidding to contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, T&M).
• General knowledge of costing and pricing concepts and standard practices.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, analyzes, evaluates, coordinates, prepares, and supports cost proposals.
• Reviews RFPs and proposals for compliance to specs and policy.
• Ensures ESTIMATING System compliance and interpretation of requirements.
• Interacts with management at all levels and coordinates across functions.
• Prepares and presents cost estimates to management and government auditors.
• Ensures compliance with FAR, TINA, and company policies in cost proposals.
