Job summary

NEXPERA LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Contracts Manager to own the commercial contracting process and contract lifecycle management program. You will draft, review, negotiate, and administer a broad range of agreements while partnering with Legal, Commercial, Procurement, Operations, and Finance.

The role requires strong contract management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, ensure policy compliance, and provide training on contracts governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, or related fields.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements.
• Experience with procurement, supplier, or professional services contracting.
• Experience administering a CLM platform.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a broad range of commercial agreements such as supply, purchase, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and amendments.
• Coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external counterparties.
• Identify risks and elevate material issues as appropriate.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and monitor key dates and obligations.
• Develop reports and dashboards on contract volume, cycle times, and renewals.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cycle time and increase visibility into obligations.
