Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Subcontract Associate Manager (Small Business Programs) for the DC Metro area. The role focuses on developing and administering compliant subcontracting plans, preparing reports in SAM.GOV, and ensuring compliance with CFR, FAR, and DFARS regulations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in federal subcontract management or related fields (6 years total), and US citizenship.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5 years of federal government subcontract/SCM/Contracts management experience, or 6 years total.
Experience with SBA or DCMA audits and compliant subcontract documentation.
Knowledge of Public Law and FAR/DFARS.
Ability to travel ~10% of the time.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer compliant small business subcontracting plans and participation plans.
Coordinate data gathering and prepare ISRs and SSRs in SAM.GOV.
Maintain documentation in CFR, FAR, and DFARS compliance.
Support DCMA audit readiness related to small business documentation.
Respond to SBLO inquiries and manage high-volume communications.
Conduct outreach at networking events and with OSDBU offices.
Identify viable SB teaming partners using government databases/resources.
Provide internal training on small business reporting and program requirements.
Support proposal development by preparing small business participation plans.
