You will monitor changes, manage deliverables, and ensure terms are met while liaising with Legal, clients, and vendors.

A bachelor’s degree and 4 years of federal contracting experience are required, with familiarity of GSA MAS, GWACs and MAC contracts. Ability to obtain security clearance is needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience.
• 4 years of contract management experience in a Federal Government contracting environment.
• Strong familiarity with GSA MAS, GWACs and MAC contracts.
• Experience in managing reseller agreements, asset management, and software licensing/procurement.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Identifies risks and issues and suggests alternatives for best solutions.
• Reviews and manages contractual obligations to ensure terms are met.
• Prepares information on contract status, compliance, and modifications.
• Provides escalation to CM and Program Leadership on unresolved issues.
• Implements CM processes and maintains engagement documentation.
• Acts as liaison between project team, Legal, clients and vendors.
• Develops contract management tools, templates, and processes.
