Job summary

QuEra Computing, Inc. is seeking a Government Contracts Compliance Manager to lead compliance and reporting with US government agencies (e.g., DARPA, DOE, DoD).

The role requires deep understanding of federal contracting rules and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You will align proposals, workflows, and technologies to meet DoD standards, identify risks, and drive audit readiness while collaborating with Capture Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering to secure the government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Policy, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and ensure strict adherence to FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements.
• Review RFPs, RFIs, and solicitations to identify compliance risks during the pre-award phase.
• Schedule, execute and document internal audits; liaise with DCAA and DCMA.
