Job summary

Peregrine Technologies in New York City is seeking a Public Sector Compliance Manager to own our government contractor obligations and build scalable compliance systems across Legal, People Ops, Finance and Contracts.

You will lead audits, SAM.gov registrations, FCL and security clearances, and ethics programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, training, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in public sector compliance or contract administration.
• Deep knowledge of FAR and DFARS and their representations and certifications.
• Hands-on SAM.gov registration experience.
• Experience managing facility or personnel security clearances.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the public sector compliance program across audits, reps & certs, and SAM.gov registrations.
• Identify gaps and coordinate remediation with Legal and Contracts.
• Run compliance training end-to-end with auditable records.
• Manage facility clearance lifecycle with DCSA and onboarding.
• Oversee ethics hotline, COI disclosures, and ethics program governance.
• Lead pre‑award due diligence on subcontractors and vendors per FAR guidelines.
