This role shapes audit readiness and risk mitigation while partnering with cross-functional teams to protect the government portfolio. You will serve as an SME on federal contracting regulations, oversee ITAR/EAR controls, and coordinate with DCAA and DCMA during post-award activities and investigations, driving CAPs and

Qualifications

Experience managing government contract compliance in defense, aerospace, or tech sectors.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and agency requirements.
Ability to translate complex rules into actionable guidance for teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Interpret and ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements.
Oversee ITAR and EAR controls and federal cybersecurity standards (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC).
Review RFPs, RFIs, and proposals for compliance and risk.
Coordinate post-award deliverables, milestones, and reporting timelines.
Lead internal audits and act as liaison with DCAA/DCMA; drive CAPs.
