Pantheon Data is seeking a Contracts Manager to establish contract strategy and drive implementation for U.S. Federal government contracts and related services.

You will work with executives, program managers, and operations to ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and other regulations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 7+ years experience.
• 7+ years experience with Federal Contracts/Subcontract, Admin/Management.
• FAR/DFAR knowledge and compliance.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage processes and improve standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer, issue, review, and execute contracts and subcontracts.
• Evaluate awards, identify risks, and provide management recommendations.
• Coordinate with technical teams on contractual obligations.
• Set up and maintain contract information in company systems.
• Advise management on changes and regulatory requirements.
• Manage GSA schedule including proposals, modifications, and audits.
