Centurum, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Contracts Administrator to manage Federal Government prime contracts and subcontract agreements.

The role spans cradle-to-grave contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, Federal regulations, and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle. The administrator will collaborate with Program Management, Business Development, Finance, and senior leadership to support proposal development, negotiations, and contract

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in U.S. Government contract administration.
• Experience cradle-to-grave contract administration from award through closeout.
• Experience with NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and subcontract modifications.
• Ability to interpret FAR/DFARS/CAS requirements and advise management.
• Experience supporting proposal preparation and responding to solicitations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Federal Government prime contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Monitor contract requirements, funding, deliverables, milestones, and performance to ensure obligations are met.
• Review, interpret, and administer contract terms, modifications, and subcontract agreements.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate contract files and correspondence.
• Serve as liaison with Contracting Officers, CORs, subcontractors, and government personnel.
