Acquisition Professionals LLC is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist III to provide high-level cradle-to-grave contracting support for the Office of the Senior Procurement Executive. This role requires strong knowledge of FAR parts and extensive contracting experience with federal agencies.

The ideal candidate will administer complex contracts, collaborate with COs and program offices, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 24 semester hours in business coursework from an accredited college or university.
• FAC-C Professional (Level III) or DAWIA certification is required.
• Experience using government contract writing systems (PRISM) and ability to analyze contract and financial data.
• Strong written and oral communication to interface with service providers, program offices, and contracting officers.

Aufgaben

• Administer cradle-to-grave contracts, including changes, amendments, renewals, extensions, and terminations.
• Assist Contracting Officer with strategy development, solicitations, and related procurement tasks.
• Review requirements documents and advise on adequacy and sufficiency for CO approval.
• Participate in pre-award and post-award meetings and other required sessions.
• Prepare acquisition plans, source selection plans, and related regulatory documents.
• Ensure outgoing correspondence is properly formatted and filed in official records.
• Assist in preparing SOWs, evaluation factors, IGCEs, and related documents.
• Maintain contract files in compliance with agency regulations and policies.
• Respond to FOIA requests and protested actions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with program offices and government stakeholders; respond within stated timeframes.
