Job summary

Centurum, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage Federal Government prime contracts and subcontract agreements. The role covers cradle-to-grave administration and ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS/CAS and GSA Schedule contracting.

You will partner with PM, Finance, and senior leadership to support proposals, negotiations, and program execution. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in U.S. Government contract administration and the ability to interpret complex contracts and advise on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of U.S. Government contract administration experience.
• Experience cradle-to-grave contract administration.
• Experience with negotiation, pricing, and cost analysis.
• Experience reviewing NDAs, Teaming Agreements and subcontract modifications.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and GSA Schedule contracting.

Responsibilities

• Administer Federal Government prime contracts and subcontracts cradle-to-grave.
• Monitor requirements, funding, milestones, and performance against contracts.
• Review terms, modifications, and NDAs; manage teaming agreements.
• Advise on contractual rights, obligations, risks, and compliance.
• Support negotiations and pricing activities in a Government context.
• Prepare and administer contract modifications and official documents.
• Maintain organized contract files and liaise with government personnel.
