Job summary

Chimes in Baltimore, MD seeks a pricing professional to develop and maintain pricing strategies for federal and commercial contracts. You will analyze cost data, prepare pricing reports for stakeholders, and ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.

Requires 3+ years in pricing for nonprofit/federal consulting, plus strong Excel and cost-estimating skills. Collaborative across departments, you will support negotiations while maintaining integrity and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing pricing in a nonprofit, federal consulting, or similar industry.
• Solid understanding of federal contract pricing structures (FFP, Cost-Plus, IDIQ, etc.) and regulations (FAR, DFARS).
• Strong working knowledge of the SCA, DBA, and labor union CBAs.
• Advanced Excel skills and cost estimating techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in cost accounting.
• Proven track record in negotiations and customer presentations.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ISSA Clean standards is a plus.

• Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies for federal and commercial contracts.

• Stay current on WDR, CBA, and FAR requirements to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to support successful negotiations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Uphold confidentiality and high standards of integrity in all work.
