BryceTech LLC seeks a Contract Closeout Specialist to support SZK for the U.S. Space Force by managing final closeout of Government contracts. Ensure end items are delivered, inspected, and accepted, with all actions resolved before closeout approval.

The role requires closeout expertise, coordination with contracting officers, program managers, and finance personnel, and strict adherence to FAR and BryceTech procedures. Contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, contract management, finance, accounting, acquisition, or a related field.
• Three to ten years of relevant Government contracting experience.
• Experience performing final closeout reviews and delivering documentation.
• Familiarity with FAR requirements and government contract procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to close out contracts.

Responsibilities

• Perform final closeout reviews to verify contractual requirements are satisfied.
• Confirm delivery, inspection, and acceptance of end items with complete documentation.
• Verify administrative, financial, and reporting actions are resolved before closeout.
• Track closeout status, milestones, and suspense dates for timely completion.
• Coordinate with contracting officers, program managers, and finance personnel to closeout actions.
• Prepare closeout documentation, checklists, and status reports per regulations.
