LS Black Constructors is seeking a Superintendent to lead complex federal and USACE construction projects. You will oversee site safety, field execution, and overall delivery on high-stakes government projects, traveling 100% to project sites and coordinating with USACE/NAVFAC officials.

The role requires at least 5 years of field leadership on federal or commercial jobsites, proficiency with Procore, P6, and MS Office, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field leadership on federal or commercial jobsites.
• Willingness to travel 100% to assigned project locations.
• Experience with safety protocols, field execution, quality control, and schedule management.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Superintendent experience on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, safety programs, and quality control.
• Lead project scheduling, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Enforce safety protocols on active jobsites.
• Review labor reports and production metrics to optimize efficiency and costs.
• Coordinate with USACE/NAVFAC officials and trade partners.
