Job summary

LS Black Constructors seeks a Superintendent to lead complex federal and USACE construction projects. You will oversee site safety, field execution, and overall delivery for government sites while coordinating with USACE and NAVFAC officials.

The role requires 5+ years in field leadership on federal or commercial sites, Travel 100%, and proficiency with Procore, P6, and MS Office. Expect challenging projects with strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of field leadership on federal or commercial jobsites.
Superintendent overseeing complex construction project sites.
Willingness to travel 100% to assigned project locations.
Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations, safety programs, and quality control execution for federal projects.
Lead project scheduling, sequencing, and resource allocation to ensure delivery.
Enforce compliance with safety protocols on active jobsites.
Review labor reports and production metrics to optimize efficiency.
Coordinate inspections and testing procedures with USACE/NAVFAC representatives.
