Job summary

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, interpreting drawings, maintaining project records, and communicating with clients and trades. The position demands strong technology skills, Procore experience, and the ability to adapt to new systems while ensuring accurate daily reports and timely project documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction field experience, including Superintendent or equivalent leadership role.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings and specs to field operations.
• Experience with safety plans, quality control, and working on federal projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field leadership and supervision of personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor sequencing, manpower, deliveries, access, and daily work for safe, efficient operations.
• Lead regular coordination meetings with trades and communicate upcoming activities and constraints.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and other documents to ensure proper coordination.
• Maintain project documentation using Procore and other systems; upload daily logs and as-built records.
• Represent Pinnacle with clients and trade partners, upholding safety and quality standards.
