Job summary

Conti Federal is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations in a high-stakes federal construction environment. You will supervise safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor relations to deliver profitable projects.

The role requires orchestrating complex plans, coordinating with the Project Management team, and maintaining client relations while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of supervisory construction experience with increasing Federal responsibility.
• Experience leading complex construction projects with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and risk management in construction.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety policies and addresses violations among employees, subs, and vendors.
• Manages project completion through Quality Management System.
• Sets production objectives with trade partners and ensures communication.
• Develops and updates project schedules monthly to meet milestones.
• Creates Three Week Look Ahead, 4-6 Week Make Ready, and 12 Week plans weekly.
• Implements cost controls to maximize profits across labor, materials, and equipment.
• Builds teams by interviewing, mentoring, and retaining top performers.
• Collaborates with trade partners on planning, resourcing, quality, and safety.
