Kimmel & Associates is assisting a growing construction company in Cleveland, OH, seeking a Construction Superintendent for federal projects. The role leads day-to-day field operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring schedules, safety, and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have strong commercial construction experience, familiarity with federal requirements, and hands-on Procore usage.

Qualifications

• Prior superintendent experience on construction sites.
• Experience with federal construction projects strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Procore is required.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Based in or around the Cleveland, Ohio market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on federal construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Manage sequencing, scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Maintain safety, quality, and project standards.
• Communicate updates with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Document progress with daily reports and Procore.
• Support project meetings and closeout activities.
