Job summary

Stampede Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent in Anchorage, AK to lead on-site execution of project plans per the SOW. Coordinate trades, manage daily reports, and ensure safety and quality across all construction phases.

Requirements include a High School Degree or equivalent and OSHA 30 training; strong communication, computer skills, and MS Office proficiency. Occasional travel and a commitment to safety are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Construction management experience is preferred.
• OSHA 30 Training required; minimum 3 years in construction.

Responsibilities

• On-site implementation and coordination of project plans per the SOW and execute all phases of construction.
• Prepare daily reports with Project Manager and Site Safety & Health Officer.
• Review and processing of project submittals.
• Coordinate with on-site subs and attend meetings with staff.
