Job summary

Stampede Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent in Anchorage, AK to lead on-site execution of project plans per the SOW. Coordinate trades, manage daily reports, and ensure safety and quality across all construction phases.

Requirements include a High School Degree or equivalent and OSHA 30 training; strong communication, computer skills, and MS Office proficiency. Occasional travel and a commitment to safety are expected.

About this position:

Construction Superintendent Location - Anchorage, AK The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • On-site implementation and coordination of the project plans per the SOW Schedule and execute all phases of construction
  • Estimating experience including RSMeans
  • Attendance at regular internal and external tailgates meetings including daily discussions on project health and safety
  • Preparation of daily reports with Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer and QCM
  • Review and processing of project submittals
  • Active role in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on site staff
  • Coordination with on-site subs
  • Other duties as assigned
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications
  • Education Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent
  • Level of Experience Requirements: OSHA 30 Training

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
