Position Overview

We are an Anchorage and Valley based commercial construction company seeking a skilled superintendent to join our team. This is a year‑round, full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction team and subcontractors.
• Schedule subcontractors.
• Inspect all work at the project to ensure it meets all quality standards.
• Schedule and attend AHJ inspections.
• Work alongside team members and conduct training when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to reliably commute to Anchorage, AK or plan to relocate before starting work.
