Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as Construction Safety Manager on commercial or federal construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture across every project.
• Coordinate with project team and government safety representative for safety tasks.
• Lead safety-related discussions in meetings and inspections.
• Provide site-specific initial safety training for all employees on the project site.
• Monitor safety and address unsafe conditions promptly.
