Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour certification is required.
• USACE CQM certification is required.
• Experience as a QCM on federal projects.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan for projects.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specifications for contract compliance.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality control activities including inspections and tests.
• Establish and maintain a quality management system and address non-conformance.
