CCI Prime Contractors LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join our federal construction team at Fort Sill, OK. The role covers scheduling, subcontractor management, client coordination, safety, and quality assurance across multiple projects typically ranging from $2M to $15M, with potential to manage up to $20M concurrently.

The ideal candidate will oversee design-build and bid-build initiatives, drive budgets and schedules, and build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and field staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing federal renovation and repair-type construction.
• Management of design-build and bid-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supervision of construction activities to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and safety compliance.
• Analyze RFPs and plans with executives to define project objectives.
• Oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within time and budget.
• Develop and revise project schedules with stakeholders and teams.
• Prepare project reports and interface with clients.
