You will lead a QC program, review submittals, coordinate testing, and mentor staff to meet quality benchmarks on Army Corps projects, driving continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QCM on federal projects.
• Strong knowledge of federal construction standards and safety regulations.
• Proficient with common office software (Word, Excel, PDF).
• Experience coordinating testing and evaluations with approved personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan for projects in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specifications for contract compliance; coordinate testing.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions to reduce deficiencies.
• Manage and coordinate QC activities, including inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system and address non-conformance.
