Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management/science with a minimum of 2 years construction experience (or 5 years with similar scope).
• Ability to work 6 weeks on and 1 week off rotations on projects.
• Experience with USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors training certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data to inform decision making.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and coordinate with PMs and superintendents for timely daily reports.
• Create reports on quality performance metrics (rework costs, non-conformance, submittal management) and drive process improvements.
• Review project specifications, plans and client expectations to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate testing/inspection activities and ensure proper data collection.
