Job summary

SEG INC is seeking a Quality Control and Site Safety Manager to plan, implement, and oversee QC and safety programs on federal construction projects. You will act as the primary contact for QC and safety, coordinating with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and government representatives to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities include managing the CQC Plan, coordinating testing, reviewing plans for compliance, and leading safety trainings and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering/Architecture.
• Minimum five years of construction experience.
• Experience as a Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality control and site safety programs.
• Coordinate QC and safety activities with project staff, subcontractors, and government representatives.
• Maintain QC documentation, testing records, and project files; participate in project meetings.
