Job summary

Sealaska is seeking a Federal Construction Quality Control Manager to supervise QA/QC and Health & Safety at site or country level. The role includes managing project schedules, budgets, and reporting while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a construction management degree, 5 years of project leadership experience (or 15 years alternative), and USACE/NAVFAC project exposure. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or suitable engineering degree or equivalent.
• Five (5) years' experience managing construction/environmental projects domestically or internationally, or 15 years equivalent.
• US Army Corps of Engineers Projects/ NAVFAC project experience.
• USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure scope is completed per plans, budget, and schedule.
• Manage QA/QC or Health and Safety activities.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support development of proposals, work plans, and safety plans.
• Monitor progress, invoicing, variances, and contract changes.
• Lead project personnel and subcontractors to achieve quality objectives.
• Travel as needed.
