Job summary

Bilbro Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee assigned construction projects from award to closeout. You will manage cost, schedule, contract administration, changes, subcontractors, and communications with owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Ability to read and understand construction plans, specs, and contracts.
Experience with federal contracting requirements and government projects.
Minimum 5+ years in professional construction project management.
Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Experience managing federal contracts (USACE, USDA, DoD, NAVFAC or similar).

Responsibilities

Lead project start-up and coordinate transition from estimating to operations.
Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate with the Superintendent.
Monitor budgets, costs, cost-to-complete, and final costs.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and change orders.
Prepare, submit, and track progress billings and payments.
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Serve as primary contact for owners, architects/engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
