Job summary

BL Harbert International seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead federal construction programs at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. You will manage submittals, RFIs, scheduling, and cost control while coordinating with safety, QC, and Owner representatives.

Ideal candidates hold a 4-year degree in CM/Engineering with 3–5+ years of federal construction experience, and OSHA-10/CQM-C preferred. EM 385-1-1 familiarity is a plus; candidate will supervise APMs and staff.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field with 3+ years of construction experience, or 5+ years in non-related field.
• Experience on federal government construction projects is preferred.
• Experience with large, complex commercial, institutional, military, or government projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and financial execution of assigned federal projects.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Project Managers and project staff.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Superintendent, QC, safety, and Owner representatives.
• Maintain and report project schedule and cost controls.
