CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV for federal infrastructure projects in New Orleans, LA. This full-time contract role oversees projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring on-schedule delivery and within budget on critical government facilities.

The position offers exposure to mission-critical construction, leadership of full lifecycle delivery, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years managing construction or design projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets and scopes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination, with travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets and schedules.
• Track milestones, timelines and performance.
• Review designs, progress and contractor deliverables.
• Support procurement activities with contracting teams.
• Monitor costs, invoices and overall financial performance.
• Perform on-site inspections and oversee construction activities.
• Identify and resolve issues, risks and conflicts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards and regulations.
