CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV for federal infrastructure projects in New Orleans, LA. This full-time contract role oversees projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring on-schedule delivery and within budget on critical government facilities.

The position offers exposure to mission-critical construction, leadership of full lifecycle delivery, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years managing construction or design projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets and scopes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination, with travel ability.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support federal construction and renovation projects. In this role, you will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy

• Ability to travel

Preferred

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience supporting federal or government construction projects
• Familiarity with cost estimating and project planning tools
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

Security Clearance Requirement

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
• Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance
