Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager IV to oversee federal construction and renovation initiatives in a full lifecycle capacity. You will manage planning through occupancy, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and federal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, compliance with codes, and a long-term federal contract posture, offering stability and opportunities for impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience managing construction or design projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and project schedules.
• Track milestones, timelines, and project performance.
• Review designs, construction progress, and contractor deliverables.
• Support procurement activities alongside contracting teams.
• Monitor project costs, invoices, and overall financial performance.
• Perform on-site inspections and oversee construction activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
