Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Augusta, GA. You will support project planning, coordination, and construction management across phases, reporting to the Project Manager.

Candidates should hold an engineering or construction management degree, have internship or work experience, and be proficient with Primavera P6 and Procore. Willingness to travel and relocate to the project site is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree from an accredited institution.
• Work Experience or Internship as a Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Procore.
• Willing to travel and relocate near the project location.
• Experience with US Federal Construction Projects (USACE/NAVFAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers throughout all construction phases.
• Assist in developing project budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
• Review design documents for constructability and distribution to client and subcontractors.
• Maintain the project schedule and monitor progress and costs.
• Coordinate with owner, subcontractors, vendors and security for site access.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, punch lists, and quality inspections.
