Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team supporting US federal construction projects.

You will report to the Project Manager and help coordinate planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation across design and construction phases. The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, proficiency in Primavera P6 and Procore, and willingness to travel/relocate near the project location.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent via experience.
• Work experience or internship as a Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Procore; willing to travel and relocate near project.
• Experience with US federal construction projects preferred (USACE or NAVFAC).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers through all construction phases, including pre-construction.
• Assist in developing project budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
• Review design documents for constructability and distribution to client & subcontractors.
• Assist with developing and maintaining the project schedule and progress tracking.
