Perini Management Services, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer to support our construction projects. The role begins in Framingham and includes a six-to-twelve month training/mentorship period before relocation to a project site in the US.

Relocation opportunities may be available internationally for motivated candidates. The position offers an opportunity to learn the full spectrum of project engineering within a global construction firm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar.
  • 0+ years of engineering or construction experience.
  • No post graduate work experience required.
  • Relevant internship experience preferred.
  • Interest in learning and developing essential skills for construction management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MS Office proficiency and strong computer literacy.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Procore a plus.
  • Training will be provided to support growth in this position.
  • Willing to travel and relocate to US project sites and internationally.
  • Ability to obtain an Employer-Sponsored U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule.
  • Assist with planning and coordination in all phases of construction, including pre-Construction (design phase for design/build projects), Construction, and Closeout.
  • Coordinate with and assist in the management of the project Designer of Record during the design phase of our design/build projects, including draft design document review prior to submission to the client.
  • Provide technical support for construction efforts including participation in construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, review of product data submittals, assist with LEED certification process.
  • Develop, implement, and administrate project engineering procedures and other work-controlling documents.
  • Represent company, project and/or department during A/E, client, and project management meetings.

Perini Management Services, Inc., is seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer to join our office in Framingham, MA.

The Entry-Level Project Engineer Role starts in our office in Framingham, MA, and after a training and mentorship period of approximately 6-12 months, requires relocation to a project site within the US. International opportunities may also be available for those who are interested.

  • Training will be provided to assist in the growth of this position.
  • Willing to travel and relocate to project jobsite locations within the US and/or Internationally.
  • Ability to obtain an Employer-Sponsored U.S. Government Security Clearance.
